Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is the top choice for all our guests and, of course, ideal for a long day of skiing. There’s something for everyone here.
The valley station for the Fendels ski area (a hidden gem) is just 300m from our house.
For snow lovers, the Kaunertal Glacier is not only open in autumn; you can also leave your tracks in the snow here in spring.
Nauders – the ski resort at the Reschenpass, with its 70 kilometers of slopes, is one of the top ski resorts in Tyrol.
Ischgl / Samnaun together with the Silvretta Arena form the largest interconnected ski area in the Eastern Alps.
Incidentally, it features one of the largest monorail systems in the world.

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis has plenty to offer in summer too. There’s no chance of getting bored here! Games, fun, action – for the whole family… It’s no wonder it’s the top choice for our guests in summer as well.
The cable car station to the Fendels hiking area (a hidden gem) is just 300m from our house.
The Kaunertal Glacier is worth a visit in summer, if only for the stunning panoramic road!
Nauders – a summer border experience – and not just metaphorically! Because there, you’re only five kilometers from the borders with Italy and Switzerland. So, while hiking, biking, and exploring, the most beautiful “border crossings” in Nauders sometimes happen quite naturally.
